Women employees play a very important role in the organisation

We believe in empowering women by giving them the opportunity to accept greater roles at work. Women employees are treated with utmost respect and safety at work is of paramount importance.

We provide a balanced work life experience to our Women Employees by giving them adequate time to fulfill their personal responsibilities in due course of their career at Macawber Beekay. We are fully compliant with the basic maternity norms and completely respect the physical and mental wellbeing of our Women employees.

We believe in gender equality and therefore provide equal chances of selection, growth and promotion to our female employees and recognize them in par to the male employees working with us. We do not encourage any gender bias and equally provide the learning and growth opportunities to our Women employees.

We foster an inclusive, friendly and interactive culture for our women employees so that they share easy relationships, work closely with co-workers, which helps women to interact across genders without a fear of being unaccepted or judged. We have also created an open dialogue platform for our Women Employees, wherein they can come up with their problems and grievances to HR, and can ask for necessary suggestions.

International Women’s Day

To honour the achievement of Women in various fields we celebrate “International Women's Day” on 8th March every year at Macawber BeekayPvt. Ltd. with a spirit of “Each for Equal”, which essentially compels us to think about “an equal world as an enabled world”.

This day is dedicated to women of our organization to motivate them to face various challenges in their day-to-day life with courage. In our organization, celebrating International Women’s Day is not just about making women feel special but also about unity, celebration, reflection of one’s true self, advocacy, and action. Thiswould not come just once a year – we are always striving towards a more inclusive and diverse workplace. Here each employee takes part in celebrating and puts their best foot forward to work towards a more balanced and engagedwork culture.
